MORE THAN JUST SIT UPS
Busy Ladies Bootcamps sessions involve a wide range of exercises that will help improve your fitness. All of them carefully thought out and there for a specific reason.
We are adaptable with these exercises as well, whether it is because of an injury or a disability, we will adapt the exercises to suit you and your circumstances.
As well as our Bootcamp sessions, we also have Pilates classes, a running group and on a Saturday morning, we have a weight lifting class. On top of this, we have organised out of session meetups, such as the local Doncaster Race For Life, where a large number of our ladies took part and even more came to support them.
All in all, Busy Ladies Bootcamps offer varied fitness classes, that are enjoyable, energising, sociable and give you a great way to get fit and keep fit.
VARIED
Every bootcamp session is different, with varied exercise and fun to take part in.
PILATES
Pilates helps improve things like posture, precision, core and stamina.
RUNNING
From short to long distances. our running group will help you get started.
WEIGHTS
Our Saturday Morning Bootcamp session is all about our ladies lifting the heavy weights.
EVENTS
Our amazing Busy Ladies took part in the Doncaster Race For Life event, raising 1000's of pounds for charity.
I love sessions here! It's friendly, it's energetic, you are motivated and encouraged by Brett constantly who is a great coach with the natural ability to make you want to strive to achieve your goals. The sessions are designed to give work your full body and no two sessions are the same....I wouldn't hesitate to recommend busy ladies bootcamps!
Love it, best thing I have ever done, never stepped foot inside a gym are all classes or anything before, but since being here my confidence got better and my fitness is way better, I couldn't do anything before now am doing more than I ever thought possible, and it's all thanks to Busy Ladies Bootcamps, the ladies there r amazing all encouraging and help you...
On to my second week and can honestly say it's the best thing I've done. At first I thought 45 minutes wasn't going to be enough as I could go to the gym for a couple of hours at a time and never ache, but this class is different every time you go and every morning I wake up aching! Every woman there is different,wanting different things but everyone is so lovely.
