Busy Ladies Bootcamps sessions involve a wide range of exercises that will help improve your fitness. All of them carefully thought out and there for a specific reason.
We are adaptable with these exercises as well, whether it is because of an injury or a disability, we will adapt the exercises to suit you and your circumstances.
As well as our Bootcamp sessions, we also have Pilates classes, a running group and on a Saturday morning, we have a weight lifting class. On top of this, we have organised out of session meetups, such as the local Doncaster Race For Life, where a large number of our ladies took part and even more came to support them.
All in all, Busy Ladies Bootcamps offer varied fitness classes, that are enjoyable, energising, sociable and give you a great way to get fit and keep fit.
